The Rezidor Hotel Group Image bank is a collection of our dynamic portfolio of beautiful hotels and great international brands. You can search, view and download the images you have selected through various categories.

Each image is available in both low and high resolution for digital and print purpose. You can only copy and download our images after the registration form is duly completed.

The content of this site may be used for information purposes only. This means that you may view, copy and download pictures, provided that it is not for purposes of commercialisation of the contents as such, that reference is made to the Rezidor Hotel Group and that all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the contents are retained.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The IMAGE BANK on www.rezidor.com contains pictures of the Rezidor Hotel Group’s branded hotels, restaurants, concepts, marketing campaigns, management events and other.

The IMAGE BANK is meant to provide illustration of Rezidor’s products and activities to visitors of the corporate website and to allow journalists, analysts and other professionals to download the pictures for their professional use, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The IMAGE BANK is strictly for Rezidor related news, research and up-date, pictures of the IMAGE BANK may not be used for other than information purposes.
  2. Pictures of the IMAGE BANK may not be used in any products which are offered for sale, except for the media and analysts’ reports, (e.g. brochures, magazines, newspapers, including all electronic and digital media, including CD-ROM versions and the Internet).
  3. Reference shall be made to the Rezidor Hotel Group when using any picture from the IMAGE BANK and all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the picture must be retained, particularly the photographer’s name, if published with the picture at the IMAGE BANK.
  4. The right of use for the images of the IMAGE BANK is solely for the person who has registered and accepted these terms and conditions, and may not be transferred to a third party.
  5. No exclusivity right of use is granted to any registered person.
  6. The picture of the IMAGE BANK may not be used in an offensive way or in an offensive context.
  7. The user of a picture of the IMAGE BANK acknowledges that it is granted a restricted use right only and that the Rezidor Hotel Group may request immediate action to remedy any breach and claim damages for any losses suffered from inappropriate use of the picture.
  8. After downloading the picture from the IMAGE BANK, the user shall exercise its restricted use right within a period of three (3) months; the Rezidor Hotel Group may decide to cancel pictures from the IMAGE BANK at any time;
  9. These terms and conditions for use of pictures of the IMAGE BANK are subject to the laws of Denmark. Any dispute shall be brought to the competent courts in Copenhagen.
  10. Any user who wishes to download any picture from the IMAGE BANK, shall confirm his/her acceptance of use these terms and conditions.
